If you reside in India, we add 12% GST to every order.

Payment

Currently we are accepting payments through All UPI apps.

Return Policy

Contact us within 15 days of the original purchase date. We do not pay for return shipping.

How to return an item:

Contact us at sales@canvasframe.in or 7208782500 to let us know what you are returning. Include a copy of your receipt or packing list so we know who to give the refund to.

We issue refunds within two business days of receiving returned items. We do not have a system for order exchanges. You are free to order your replacement frame while we process your return.

When you place an order or create an account on our website you consenting to receive email communications from us for account issues, order status, marketing and promotions. You can opt out of the marketing and promotional emails at any time.

Use of Products

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Online Catalog Product Specifications

Products purchased through our online catalog shopping system are limited to the specifications defined by the store. An option for a custom pricing is available.
