Returns may be accepted within 30 days of receipt of order, assuming the following conditions are met:
- Orders of up to 50 frames or less of standard size frames are eligible for return.
- Prior to sending anything back, please make sure to obtain a return authorization. This will provide detailed instructions as to how to send your item(s) back.
- The customer is always responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Upon receipt of the merchandise arriving back in good condition, a refund for the cost of item(s) will be processed.
- The original cost of shipping is not eligible for a refund. *Please note that we do stand 100% by the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged product or are unhappy with the quality of your order, a replacement may be issued at no additional cost. Please report any damaged/defective products within 30 days of the receipt of your order to request a replacement.
